Features
1 Poly Run VRD series products adopt integrated cylinder structure, which ensure the cylinder precision and the least deformation impact one vacuum pump, Meanwhile, with arc design for interface tangent point, the ultimate pressure is stabilized lower than 4 x 10-2Pa.
2 Built-in oil pump cycling system forced – lubricates the pump cavity, The pump can work long when the Input pressure is at atmospheric pressure.
3 Internal automatic anti – suck back valve prevents oil returning when the pump stops an ensures the purity of the system
4 Adjustable gas ballast design ensures high enduring capability of water vapor and can evacuate condensable gases.
