Oil line system
These oil line system components are the obligatory parts in the system. The gas that exhausted by the compressor must via oil separator before go into condenser. And the separated refrigeration oil enters into receiver and then goes to oil regulator by the checR valve. Finally it will complement the compressor oil by the checR valve and oil regulator according to the oil level in the compressor;
Oil separator
When compressor is in operation, the outlet of compressor always has lots of refrigerant oil. We need to install an oil separator between compressor and condenser to separate the refrigerant oil and refrigerants in order to prevent the compressor not lose too much refrigerant oil and prevent the refrigerant oil flow to system with refrigerants to interfere the condenser’s heat function and evaporator cooling function. Then the oil will flow bacR to the compressor cranRcase. Oil return device operates on the ball valve moving on the bottom of oil separator and the high-low voltage theory. The oil separator can ensure the sufficiency of oil in compressor and let compressor reach its best cooling performance.
We need to charge the oil before installing oil separator. The liter of oil should be same as the oil in the compressor cranRcase.
